Thank you, for not unsubscribing from my old Revue-Newsletter! <3 As bespoken in my last mail, Revue is shutting down (thanks Elon?) and so I moved everyone to Substack after waiting a certain time to give enough time to unsubscribe in case he/she does not want to have their data transferred to another service provider.

So…well…there is not so much to talk about except one little thing: Sometimes recruiters write me a message and say I can apply to them by sending in my CV. I find this a little bit weird because, if they make the first contact, I’d expect that they offer me something… instead of asking my to send over a CV. Right now it feels a bit like a mass-mail they send out to every VFX artist. So, I had this idea… from now on I will reply like this:
Dear xyz, thank you, we've received your message. Please visit this website to proceed further with the application process: https://simonschreibt.de/application/ Kind regards, ST Management
I created a special form on my website with several questions I like to know about a company and the recruiters can now fill in all information and send their application to me.
I’m looking forward if they will make use of the form and I can’t wait to read the answers. My lovely followers on Twitter seem to like the idea (read their answers below my tweet). :)
